You can't have a turnaround in your fitness if you keep doing the same thing over and over! It simply doesn't work.This doesn't help your fitness inspiration in any way. One problem that many believers have with their fitness and health is that, they only need to pray and things will happen-one of the most tragic mentalities in christianity.
A sound and pragmatic method of fitness is necessary, and it begins with your exposure. I'll begin by taking you St. John, where we learn that when God got ready to bridge the gap between him and humanity, he sent a small piece of heaven down to the earth, so that he would expose his light to those of us who were living in sin.
This little piece of heaven didn't come down in chariots, a motorcade with secret service officers surrounding it, it didn't come in any lavish manner Jesus was born in a manger into a fairly modest family. My point over here is that you don't need to start your fitness program somewhere near the top, you don't need to to be ashamed of beginning an exercise program, for the first time in fourty, fifty, twenty five or five years ago. Just buckle up and visit your health club, or even go to the park.It is never too late to start exposing yourself to matters of health and fitness.
Exposure is a life chaning opportunity, this is a good reason why you will have to invest your time, energy.So that an unexposed mind becomes a liability. A narrow mind can be your waste enemy, because without exposure you don't have any choices to base your decision on. As you've probably heard " decisions are the windows to opportunity.Talk about being on time, this is fitness inspiration at its highest level.
